Fashion Obsessions – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Unboxing Requirement Please make a complete video while opening your parcel. If there is any breakage or damage during delivery, we will replace it — send the video to us within 12 hours of delivery. No complaints will be accepted without a full unboxing video.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [fashionobsessionco@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, dispatch the item within 1 day and send us a copy of the courier receipt. We will process your refund once we receive the item in its original condition.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please share your account details when contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right promptly.
